MY ADDRESS IS WRONG. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS BEFORE COMPLETING THE ORDER AT CHECK OUT, MAKING SURE APT, UNIT, OR SUITE NUMBERS ARE INCLUDED. WE WILL CANCEL THE ORDER ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO REORDER AND INPUT THE CORRECTED INFORMATION. PLEASE NOTE, WE CANNOT CANCEL ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. 

 

MY PACKAGE SAYS ‘DELIVERED’ BUT I DO NOT HAVE IT, WHERE IS IT?

  • SOME CARRIERS SCAN PACKAGES "DELIVERED" AFTER THE MAIL CARRIER DELIVERS. IF YOU RECEIVED A "DELIVERED" STATUS BUT BELIEVE IT IS HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH THE LOCAL POSTAL DELIVERY PERSONNEL OR POST OFFICE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. WE ALSO SUGGEST FOLLOWING UP WITH PERSONS IN THE HOME, RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, ETC. WHO MAY HAVE RETRIEVED THE ITEM ON YOUR BEHALF. 

My order is taking too long, what is happening?

  • Due to Covid 19 everything from shipping speed, fewer airlines, airlines being delayed, and the package getting approved by customs is going to take longer than usual. We are always here for you and will get through this together!

 

Customs and Regulations:

  • Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as ShinraiCollective cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the destination country.

 

Where do we ship from?

  • All Clothing is shipped from the US. This includes Hoodies, T-shirts, Jackets, and all Fitness Attire
  • We ship products to you from our partnered factories located in China, Singapore, Thailand, and the US. So please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

 

Can I cancel my order and get my money back?

  • We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • All Clothing is manufactured in the USA, so it will take 3-5 days for US and Canada after shipment. International orders will take 7-12 days. 
  • Phone cases and shoes:  Orders are processed & shipped out within 1-7 business days. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic for most countries, deliveries usually take an estimated 10-45 business days from the date they are shipped. Depending on where you live

 

I have received only a part of my order, where is the rest?

  • We ship from different parts of several countries using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. Some packages may experience shipping delays while others do not. If you would like to know the status of your other items, please contact us via email at info@shinraicollective.com with your name and order number.

 

How do I obtain my tracking number?

  • Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once all of your items have been shipped. When receiving your tracking number(s), please allow up to 10 days for it to be activated in the shipping company's system.
