📍 Can I change my address after placing an order?
We totally get it—mistakes happen! However, we can’t change addresses once the order been shipped. You've got to be real fast and contact us immediately, so we can help you out!
✅ Double-check your address at checkout.
Make sure your apartment, unit, or suite number is correct before hitting that “Complete Order” button.

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it so you can reorder with the correct address.

📦 My package says “Delivered,” but I don’t have it. Where is it?
We know how exciting it is waiting for your Shinraii gear, and it’s frustrating when it seems to disappear! If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package:

Wait 24 hours. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered slightly before it arrives.

Check with your neighbors or household. Someone may have accepted it on your behalf.

No way! We’re a small, passionate team that pours heart and soul into every piece we make. ❤️

We personally source the absolute best materials. If you are not satisfied with the quality, we can talk about issuing you a partial refund.

Our designs are created in-house using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, inspired by our favorite anime series.

Each item is produced per order to ensure quality and reduce waste.
⚡️ Limited Edition Drops:
We like to keep things exclusive, so most of our designs are limited to around 100 units. This way, you’re rocking something special that not everyone else has!
⏱️ Why is my order taking longer than expected?
We’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays happen. Here’s what might be going on:

COVID-19 impacts: Fewer available flights and shipping disruptions can add delays.

Customs clearance: International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

We ship most of our items from the USA, but some of our products are produced and shipped from:

We’re happy to help if you change your mind—but only if your order hasn’t entered production or been shipped yet.

⏰ How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to get your order to you quickly, but timing depends on where you’re located and what's in you order:

T-shirts & Hoodies: 3-5 days for US and Canada; 7-12 days internationally.

Boardshorts & Baseball Tees: Produced in Thailand; 5-7 days for production + 5-7 days for shipping.

Phone Cases: Manufactured in China, with processing and shipping within 1-7 business days.
⚡️ Heads up: Our manufacturing partners don’t work weekends, so orders placed on Fridays may take a little longer.
📬 I only received part of my order. Where’s the rest?
Since we work with multiple manufacturers, your items might ship separately.
✅ Don’t worry! If you’ve received part of your order and the rest is still on its way, it’s normal.

🔎 How can I track my order?
